strangebird. carefully wraps, packages, and ships each order within 24-48 hours via USPS- we charge a flat rate of $7.99 to any location in the United States. If your order consists of multiple items we will combine them into one shipment. Most delivery times take 3-4 business days.
Expedited shipping options are available for individuals who prefer to receive their item(s) quickly. Please contact us for pricing and info.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We strive to take care of our customers, dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. Please review our shipping and returns policies carefully:
strangebird. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or if you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
All returns shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Using an insured carrier is advised.
Returns postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order qualify for a full refund. Returns are processed 10-14 days after receiving them. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and take 5-7 business days to show.
Returns postmarked within 21 days of the date you receive your order qualify for an online merchandise credit.
Any items in your possession after 21 days are not eligible to return or exchange.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with original tags attached. If any items do not meet the requirements, we will contact you and the items will be returned to you.
Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned.
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.
Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the tags/packaging is removed from the home decor items, they are not returnable.
